LMD Agency Internal Branding & Culture Initiatives
Created internal branding and promotional materials to strengthen agency culture and engagement, applying brand identity in creative and unexpected ways.
Challenge
As the agency grew and relocated to a new office in Symphony Woods, Columbia, leadership sought creative ways to build team connection and reinforce agency identity. Internal initiatives—including Corporate Social Responsibility campaigns, employee engagement programs, and branded merchandise—needed visually compelling materials to encourage participation and foster a sense of community.
Approach
I designed a series of illustrated agency stickers exploring playful themes such as retro games, food, and hand-drawn doodles, extending the brand into more expressive formats. To celebrate the agency’s new location, I created album artwork and posters for employee-curated playlists inspired by the nearby Merriweather Post Pavilion and musical neighborhood. I also developed internal promotional graphics supporting CSR initiatives, helping communicate campaigns and increase visibility across the organization.
Outcome
These projects expanded the agency’s visual identity beyond client work, creating engaging touchpoints that strengthened team culture, increased participation in internal initiatives, and reinforced a shared sense of brand ownership.
